Sexual harassment

Reviewed January 2025 by the Vector24 Operations Manager.

Sexual Harassment Statement

At Vector24, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful workplace free from sexual harassment. We acknowledge the recent changes in laws and regulations regarding this critical issue and reinforce our dedication to ensuring a workplace environment that upholds the dignity of all employees.

1. Our Commitment:

Vector24 is dedicated to preventing any form of sexual harassment in our operations. This commitment extends to all employees, volunteers, contractors, and business partners associated with our organisation.

2. Definition of Sexual Harassment:

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature that creates a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment. This can involve verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct that undermines the dignity and respect of individuals.

3. Prohibitions:

Vector24 strictly prohibits:

  • Any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual.
  • Retaliation against individuals who report incidents of sexual harassment or participate in investigations.

4. Reporting Concerns:

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment to report their concerns immediately. Reports can be made confidentially, and we are committed to investigating all allegations thoroughly and without bias.

5. Training and Awareness:

Vector24 provides training to all employees and volunteers regarding our sexual harassment policies to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the importance of maintaining a respectful workplace.

6. Legal Compliance:

We are fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations regarding sexual harassment, including recent legislative changes. Our policies reflect best practices to promote a safe and inclusive work environment.

For more detailed information regarding our Sexual Harassment Policies, please request our full policy document.  You can contact Marie Crombie, CEO at ceo@vector24.co.uk or Leon Fisher, Operations Manager at leon@vector24.co.uk.
