Modern Slavery and human trafficking

Reviewed January 2025 by the Vector24 Operations Manager.

At Vector24, we are committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all their forms. We believe that ethical behaviour is essential for maintaining the trust of our stakeholders and fulfilling our mission.

1. Our Commitment:

Vector24 is dedicated to preventing any form of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations. This commitment extends to all employees, volunteers, contractors, and business partners associated with our organization.

2. Definition of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking:

Modern slavery and human trafficking encompass a range of exploitative practices, including forced labour, servitude, and exploitation of individuals for commercial gain. We aim to ensure that no one within our sphere of influence is subjected to such practices.

3. Prohibitions:

Vector24 strictly prohibits:

  • The use of forced labour or human trafficking in our operations or supply chains.
  • Engagement with suppliers or partners that do not align with our commitment to preventing modern slavery.

4. Reporting Concerns:

We encourage anyone with knowledge of suspected instances of modern slavery or human trafficking to report their concerns immediately. Reports can be made confidentially, and we are committed to investigating all allegations thoroughly.

5. Training and Awareness: Vector24 provides training to all employees and volunteers regarding our modern slavery and human trafficking policies to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the importance of ethical conduct in all business dealings.

6. Legal Compliance: We are fully compliant with all relevant modern slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations. Our policies reflect best practices to promote transparency and integrity in our operations.

For more detailed information regarding our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policies, please request our full policy document. You can contact Marie Crombie, CEO at ceo@vector24.co.uk or Leon Fisher, Operations Manager at leon@vector24.co.uk.
